What is my process?
The method that I use depends on your personality. For example, a verbal learner benefits from reading books, whereas an action oriented person benefits from doing tasks. Each plan is personalized to your traits, behaviors, and motivations.
The high-level description of the process that I've developed follows the steps below.Â

Map an action plan to achieve your goals.
Measure your progress and quickly identify your challenges, blocks, and obstacles.
Map a plan to overcome or work around your challenges and obstacles.
Achieve results. Quickly. My clients frequently see benefits and results within just a couple of sessions. Because much of the progress touches on many aspects of life, many clients choose to work on additional goals after the initial goals are met.
